This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Techzenon Pvt Ltd ("Company") regarding your use of the Ax-Core mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Techzenon Pvt Ltd grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on a device that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store or distribution platform rules (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play) and this Agreement.
The App may offer paid services, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. All payments and billing are handled by the distribution platform (for example Apple or Google). By subscribing or purchasing, you authorize the platform to charge your account and you agree to that platform's terms and billing practices.
Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your account settings on the distribution platform.
If the App allows you to submit content (e.g., text, images, ratings), you retain ownership of your content, but you grant Techzenon Pvt Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify and display such content in connection with the App and the Company's business.
You agree not to upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or violates third party rights. The Company reserves the right to remove or refuse any content that breaches this Agreement.
Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share data. By using the App you consent to the collection and use described in the Privacy Policy.
Techzenon Pvt Ltd may provide updates that improve, enhance, or modify the App. This Agreement applies to all updates unless a separate license accompanies those updates, in which case the separate license governs.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App and ceasing use. Techzenon Pvt Ltd may suspend or terminate this Agreement and your access to the App if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Techzenon Pvt Ltd does not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techzenon Pvt Ltd (and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Techzenon Pvt Ltd harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, or damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or your misuse of the App.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where Techzenon Pvt Ltd is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local law.
Techzenon Pvt Ltd may modify this Agreement from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after the revised Agreement becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the terms.
